By MANILA, Philippines — Fair weather will prevail in most of the country on Tuesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
In a morning weathercast, state weather specialist Obet Badrina said generally fair weather conditions and clearer skies were expected in Metro Manila, Visayas, Mindanao, and most of Luzon.
“Compared to the past few days, cloudiness over the country has decreased. This means generally fair weather in most parts of the country, except for the usual isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms,” Badrina said in Filipino.
