By A dead infant was found on a pile of garbage in Baseco Compound, Manila on Thursday evening, according to a report of GMA Integrated News’ Jhomer Apresto on Unang Balita on Friday.
Based on CCTV footage, two men saw the body of the baby near the seawall on Block 15 around 10 p.m. The cadaver was covered in a bloody bedsheet.
