By State weather bureau PAGASA is monitoring on Monday three tropical depressions and a low pressure area (LPA), with one of the tropical depressions, Pilandok, currently inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
As of 8 a.m. on Monday, PAGASA said Tropical Depression Pilandok was being monitored inside the PAR at about 1,160 kilometers east of extreme Northern Luzon.
