By Anti-narcotics operatives arrested a high-value suspect, seizing from him alleged shabu worth around P450,000 during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Balulang here late Monday night.
The 28-year-old suspect, identified by his alias “Habibi,” a resident of Barangay Carmen, was apprehended at 11:04 p.m.
Maj. Joann Navarro, Police Regional Office-10 (PRO-10) spokesperson, said the operation was jointly conducted by the City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU), the City Mobile Force Company, and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA-10).
