By MANILA, Philippines — Two individuals were arrested by the Philippine National Police – Highway Patrol Group (PNP-HPG) on Thursday in San Mateo, Rizal for traffic violations and transporting undocumented diesel.
The authorities also said that the 46 year-old driver from Camarines Sur and an 18 year-old from Valenzuela City failed to provide valid driver’s license and vehicle documents.
