By MANILA – Senate President Vicente Sotto III and Blue Ribbon Committee Vice Chairperson Erwin Tulfo have signed the panel’s partial report on the Senate investigation into the flood control mess, with three more signatures needed to bring it to the plenary for debate.
Senate President Pro Tempore and Blue Ribbon Committee Chairperson Panfilo Lacson said Thursday that at least six senators have signed the report so far, while “at least two others” have indicated willingness to do the same.
