MANILA, Philippines — Northeast monsoon is expected to bring cloudy skies and rains in parts of the country within 24 hours, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 4 p.m. bulletin on Friday.
Pagasa said the amihan will affect Metro Manila and parts of Southern Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao, Cloudy skies with light rains are expected over the Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Aurora, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, and Marinduque, the weather bureau said.
