By TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan — At least P4.5 million worth of smuggled cigarettes were seized in two separate police operations in Cagayan and Nueva Vizcaya provinces on February 26, police said on Friday.
Police seized 5,576 reams of cigarettes worth P4.46-million through a search operation by virtue of court-issued warrants, Police Major Sharon Mallillin, Cagayan Valley regional police information officer, said.
