By A social media personality was arrested Tuesday by operatives of the Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) over multiple criminal charges filed before a court in Parañaque City.
National Police Commission Vice-Chairperson and Executive Officer Rafael Vicente Calinisan confirmed that Norman Mangusin, also known as Francis Leo Marcos, was arrested while dining at the Sheraton Manila Hotel.
“I confirm that Norman Mangusin, also known as Francis Leo Marcos, was arrested today by the Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG NCR) at the Sheraton Hotel by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 294, Parañaque City,” Calinisan said in a statement.
