By MANILA – A Taiwanese national tagged as the mastermind behind the dismemberment of a body found inside a drum in Binondo, Manila on Feb. 15 was arrested Thursday in Parañaque City.
National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief Maj. Gen. Anthony Aberin said the suspect was arrested around 1:30 p.m. at a hotel along Seaside Boulevard, He said the 32-year-old suspect was identified as the individual responsible for killing and dismembering the victim, later identified as a Chinese national using the alias Xiangyang.
