By MANILA, Philippines — The northeast monsoon or amihan continues to bring cold weather, cloudy skies, and light rains to most areas of the Philippines on Thursday, the state weather bureau said.
In its morning forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported that the northeast monsoon continues to prevail over areas of Luzon and Visayas.
