MANILA, Philippines – The shear line and the northeast monsoon or amihan continue to affect the country, bringing cold weather, cloudy skies, and light rains to most areas of the Philippines on Wednesday, the state weather bureau said.
In its forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported that a shear line will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Caraga and Southern Leyte.
