By MANILA, Philippines — Benguet Provincial Police Office Director Col. Lambert Suerte has been reinstated to his post after being administratively relieved over alleged lapses in the investigation into the death of Public Works and Highways Undersecretary Catalina Cabral.
In a briefing at Camp Crame on Friday, Philippine National Police (PNP) Public Information Chief Brig. Gen. Randulf Tuaño said the agency’s Cordillera office cleared Suerte of any wrongdoing in the Cabral probe.
