By The shear line and easterlies will continue to bring cloudy skies and rains over several parts of the country on Monday, the state weather bureau said.
In its 4 a.m. public weather forecast on Monday, PAGASA said the shear line is affecting Visayas and the eastern section of Southern Luzon while the easterlies are affecting Mindanao.
