MANILA, Philippines – A low-pressure area (LPA) is forecast to bring rain in the southern portion of Luzon on Thursday evening, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
The LPA was located 315 kilometers west of Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, at 3 p.m., Pagasa recorded, Pagasa warned that the LPA will cause “cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms” in Metro Manila, Mimaropa, Calabarzon, and Bicol Region.
