MANILA, Philippines — The easterlies and a low-pressure area (LPA) inside the Philippine area of responsibility will bring rain across the country on Monday, the state weather bureau said.
In its 5 a.m. forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the LPA was last spotted 235 kilometers west of San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, as of 3 a.m.
