By MANILA, Philippines — Improving weather conditions were observed over Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon on Thursday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
In its 5 a.m. forecast, Pagasa weather specialist Chenel Dominguez said the following areas were experiencing better weather:
✨Metro Manila
✨Bicol Region
✨Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna,Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon)
✨Mimaropa (Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, and Palawan)
“So, we can also expect hot and humid afternoons, with a high chance of rain, particularly in the late afternoon and evening,” she added.
