MANILA, Philippines — Three weather systems are expected to affect parts of the Philippines, bringing scattered rains and thunderstorms, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Saturday, October 11.
🌶In Pagasa’s 4 a.m. update, it stated that the southwesterly windflow — or the wind blowing from the southwest — will affect Palawan, Western Visayas, Negros Island Region, Zamboanga Peninsula, and BARMM, bringing cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
