Amihan, easterlies to bring rain in parts of PH on Sunday
MANILA, Philippines — Northeast monsoon, or “amihan,” and easterlies are expected to bring rain in parts of the country on Sunday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Saturday. According to weather specialist Ana Clauren-Jordia in Pagasa’s 4 p.m. weather forecast, the northeast monsoon will strengthen over extreme Northern Luzon.
