By MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) issued a thunderstorm advisory over Metro Manila and four other areas in Luzon on Wednesday morning.
According to Pagasa’s 7:20 a.m. advisory, moderate to heavy rain showers accompanied by lightning and strong winds are expected to persist over the following areas within the next two hours:
