MANILA, Philippines — The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will continue to bring rains in Mindanao and Palawan while the easterlies will result in hot and fair weather conditions in portions of Luzon and Visayas on Wednesday, the state weather bureau said.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the low-pressure area monitored in the West Philippine Sea already exited the Philippine area of responsibility.
