MANILA, Philippines — The easterlies will bring cloudy skies and scattered rains across the country on Monday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
“‘Yung easterlies po o ‘yung mainit na hangin na nanggagaling sa karagatang Pasipiko ang umiiral at nakakaapekto sa buong bansa,” Pagasa weather specialist Rhea Torres said in a morning weathercast.
(The easterlies, or warm winds from the Pacific Ocean, are prevailing and affecting the entire country.)
