By Heavy rains, strong winds and lightning are expected in Metro Manila and parts of Central and Southern Luzon Saturday afternoon, the state weather bureau reported.
Meanwhile, heavy to intense rainfall is currently affecting Zambales, Bulacan, Quezon, and Tarlac and may also affect nearby areas.
The weather bureau earlier reported in a morning weather advisory on Saturday that the low-pressure area spotted some 960 kilometers east of Southeastern Luzon, may bring rains over Luzon and the Visayas.
