ILOILO CITY—Tropical Depression Caloy (international name: Hagupit) continued to influence weather conditions across parts of the Visayas on May 11, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
In its 5 p.m. regional weather forecast, Pagasa Visayas said the center of Caloy was estimated at 480 kilometers east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar, as of 3 p.m., packing maximum sustained winds of 45 kilometers per hour (kph) and gusts of up to 55 kph while moving northward at 10 kph.
