By The stars of “The Devil Wears Prada 2,” undeniably one of the biggest and most anticipated movies of 2026, have reunited at this year’s Met Gala, at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, but sans Meryl Streep whose character in the film Miranda Priestly would kill to attend.
As seen on the Met Gala carpet, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, Stanley Tucci and Simone Ashley all graced the annual fete, but most of them noticeably played it safe in their outfit of choice.
Streep has previously already given word that she is not attending, as in the past years, the event, which is perennially hosted by Anna Wintour, Condé Nast’s Global chief content officer and global editorial director for Vogue magazine, and who famously inspired the character of Miranda Priestly.
