By MANILA, Philippines — At least seven areas are expected to register “danger” level heat indices on Thursday, April 30, the state weather bureau said.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) defines heat index as the more reliable measure of how hot it actually feels to the human body as it reflects how humidity intensifies high air temperatures.
