By PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur — Two alleged high-value drug personalities were arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and local police on Friday, April 24, in Barangay Cabatangan, Zamboanga City.
The operation, carried out around 12:30 p.m., led to the confiscation of about three kilograms of suspected shabu contained in three vacuum-sealed transparent plastic packs.
