By MANILA, Philippines — No tropical cyclones are expected to form inside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) next week as hot and humid weather will continue to persist, the state weather bureau said on Friday.
Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) weather specialist Obet Badrina said in a. 5 p.m. bulletin that the ridge of the high pressure continues to prevail over Northern Luzon, bringing fair weather and less cloudy skies.
