By MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Friday said rising temperatures are expected across much of the country as the northeast monsoon or amihan weakens and easterlies begin to prevail.
According to the state weather bureau, the amihan continues to affect Extreme Northern Luzon, while the easterlies are influencing the rest of Luzon and the Visayas.
