By Colegio de San Juan de Letran survived a reverse sweep attempt by Emilio Aguinaldo College to escape with a 25-19, 25-23, 23-25, 25-27, 15-13 victory in NCAA Season 101 women’s volleyball Friday at the San Andres Sports Complex.
Already assured of a twice-to-beat advantage, the Lady Knights preserved their unblemished record and improved to 10-0 in the tournament.
The Lady Generals appeared poised to complete the comeback after taking a 4-1 lead in the fifth set, but Letran quickly regrouped to tie it at 5-all.
