By MANILA, Philippines — Generally fair weather is expected over most of the country with chances of thunderstorms on Wednesday, despite the presence of easterlies, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
The state weather bureau said that the easterlies will prevail over most of the country, bringing partly cloudy to cloudy skies, In its 5 a.m. bulletin, Pagasa weather specialist Chenel Dominguez said, “We will also experience fair weather, but it will be hot and humid, especially in the afternoon,” due to the easterlies.
