By Several areas in the eastern portion of the country are expected to experience heavy rainfall on the first three days of February, state weather bureau PAGASA said Sunday morning.
In the 5 a.m. weather advisory, the Shear Line is forecast to bring heavy lanes over the following provinces and areas:
