MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang on Wednesday said the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) must act in accordance with the law and its mandate, without protecting the personal interests of a few individuals.
These remarks came after the OSG filed a manifestation to resume its participation in the pending petition for certiorari filed by former President Rodrigo Duterte and Sen. Ronald Dela Rosa challenging the arrest and turnover of Duterte to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
